Dinner
Got ambitious tonight since yesterday was a shopping extravaganza. We stopped at the Japanese market and I bought a stellar piece of salmon and some soba noodles. So I made a marinade with miso, sesame oil, soy sauce, mirin, ginger, green onion and garlic. Used a bit on the fish and then some more on some baby spinach (!!!) that went on top of the soba.
