This is black bean chili with butternut squash.  I made it according to this recipe, only I halved it and upped the spice.  Unfortunately, I over-spiced it and had to cool it down with some yogurt.  Salvageable.  I ate it on the couch with a glass of white wine and thought about sharing it with someone sitting on the other side of the world.Oh yeah, it had red chard.  I’m going to use the leftover greens with some yellow cauliflower.-Hazel
